Outside the Facilities’ office on Latham St. in Williamstown is a bike rack and a brand new cruiser for Facilities manager’s to use for quick trips to project meetings. The bike is equipped with a large basket for carrying meeting files and drawings, a low frame for jump on-ability, 7-speeds for a little easier ride up some of our hills, chain guard and fenders. After we see how this bike works out, we hope to add to this fleet of low-emitting vehicles. Watch for it around town! I think this bike needs a name. Black Beauty? Any suggestions?
