While the Zilkha Center exists to support and keep the work of sustainability moving forward, campus sustainability is everyone’s job. We are thankful for all the great initiatives happening outside of our office! The efforts below are led by groups outside of the Zilkha Center (with various degrees of ZC collaboration & support) and help move our campus toward greater sustainability.

Sawyer Library hosts a seed library that is open to all
Community Garden
The Community Garden, run by Jonathan Miller with ZC support, hosts 50 raised beds
Center for Environmental Studies
CES is the academic side of sustainability at Williams, hosting the major, internship opportunities, and more
Hopkins Memorial Forest
Hopkins Forest is managed through CES, and hosts various events throughout the year including Maple Fest
Log Lunch
Log Lunch is a weekly local vegetarian meal and environmental speaker series hosted by CES (PC Log Lunch Instagram)
